American Men of Impact (AMI) is a Montana non-profit corporation which has received tax exempt status (religious purpose) from the United States Government under the guidelines of Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) and from the Montana Department of Revenue. Formally incorporated in November 2013, AMI is an interdenominational parachurch organization devoted to growing strong Christian men through the local church. AMI is a follow-on organization to Texas Men of Impact (TMI) and to the Bay Area Men’s Ministry Alliance, dating back to 1998 in Houston, TX.
